EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN ANTIBIOTIKA PROFILAKSIS PADA PASIEN SEKSIO SESAREA DI RUMAH BERSALIN DAERAH (RBD) PANTI NUGROHO PURBALINGGA TAHUN 2009

ABSTRAK Seksio sesarea adalah teknik untuk melahirkan janin dengan membuka dinding perut dan dinding rahim. Pada pelaksanaanya, seksio sesarea memerlukan antibiotika profilaksis yang diberikan pada penderita yang menjalani pembedahan, sebelum terjadi infeksi atau pencegahan Infeksi Luka Operasi (ILO). Operasi seksio sesarea merupakan operasi bersih dari kontaminasi, sehingga pemilihan antibiotika profilaksis harus disesuaikan dengan standar yang ada (antibiotic guidlines, dll). Berdasarkan literatur Antibiotic prophylaxis for cesarean section 2007, dan Urologic Surgery Antimicrobial Prophylaxis bahwa jenis antibiotika profilkasis pada seksio sesarea adalah golongan penicillin dan sefalosporin golongan I dan II. Penelitian tentang “Evaluasi Penggunaan Antibiotika Pada Pasien Seksio sesarea Di Rumah Bersalin Daerah (RBD) Panti Nugroho Purbalingga” merupakan penelitian deskriptif non analitik secara retrospektif. Hasil penelitian terhadap 321 rekam medik pasien seksio sesarea, menunjukkan bahwa anibiotik profilaksis yang digunakan adalah 73,21% menggunakan golongan Sefalosporin generasi III (Ceftazidim 22,74% dan Ceftriaxon 50,26%), dan selebihnya menggunakan golongan penisilin (Amoxicillin 12,5% dan Ampisillin 11,53%). Dosis yang digunakan adalah 1 gram/12 jam untuk golongan sefalosporin dan 1 gram/ 6-8 jam untuk golongan penisilin, cara dan waktu pemberian adalah intravena yang diberikan 30 menit sebelum insisi atau setelah klamp tali pusar. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dosis, cara pemberian, waktu pemberian antibiotik profilaksis pada seksio sesarea telah sesuai dengan standar Antibiotic prophylaxis for cesarean section 2007. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi jenis antibiotika profilaksis yang digunakan terdapat ketidaksesuaian penggunaan obat sebesar 73,21 % . Kata Kunci : Antibiotika, seksio sesarea, rumah bersalin daerah Panti Nugroho Purbalingga. ABSTRACT Caesareansection is a technique to born of fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. In application, caesarean section requires antibiotic prophylaxis which given to patients who undergo surgery before the infection is happend, or the prevention of Operation Wound Iinfection (ILO). Caesarean section operation was a cleaned contaminated surgery. Cause of them, the selection of antibiotic prophylaxis should existing with standards (antibiotic guidlines, etc.). Based on the literature Antibiotic prophylaxis for cesarean section 2007, and Urologic Surgery Antimikrobial Prophylaxix that variety of antibiotic prophylaxis in caesarean section is a class of Penicillin and sefalosporin. The research about “Evaluation of The Antibiotic Used inCesareanSectionPatient in PantiNugrohoRegion MaternityHospital of Purbalingga in 2009” is descriptive-non analitical study with retrospective design.The result of study on 321 medical records ofcaesarean section patients, showed that profilactive antibiotic are used 73.21% using third-generation Cefalosporin group (22.74% and CeftriaxonCeftazidim 50 , 26%), and the used of penicillin group are Amoxicillin 12.5% and Amphicilin 11.53%.The dose are used 1g/ 12 hours for cefalosforin and 1 gram / 6-8 hours for penicilin, the rute of administration and time used is intravenous rute and 30 minutes before insisi or after craft klamp. Based on the evaluation results ofdoses,rute and time of antibiotic prophylaxis caesarean administrationshowed that any conformity with standard Antibiotic prophylaxis for cesarean section 2007.But based on class of antibiotic prophylaxis administration showed that, there are any inconformity with Antibiotic prophylaxis for cesarean section 2007, calculate 73,21 %.
