TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN TERAPI TUBERKULOSIS DI PUSKESMAS KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA TAHUN 2009

ABSTRAK Penelitian mengenai tingkat keberhasilan terapi tuberkulosis telah dilakukan di puskesmas kabupaten Purbalingga tahun 2009. Tuberkulosis adalah suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh basil Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan terapi tuberkulosis dilihat dari angka konversi, angka kesembuhan, dan persentase angka penemuan penderita baru (CDR). Data diambil dari rekam medik yakni semua pasien tuberkulosis yang didiagnosa dan selesai masa pengobatan mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2009. Data yang didapat sebanyak 138 kasus kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa angka konversi untuk kategori I sebesar 86,96% dan untuk kategori II sebesar 100% (target 80%). Angka kesembuhan untuk kategori I sebesar 86,96% dan untuk kategori II sebesar 100% (target 85%). Serta untuk persentasi angka penemuan penderita baru (CDR) sebesar 60% (target 70%),angka penjaringan suspek 71 orang,proporsi pasien TB BTA positif diantara suspek 21,59 %,proporsi pasien TB paru positif diantara semua pasien TB paru 100 %,proporsi pasien TB anak diantara seluruh pasien TB 6 %,angka notifikasi kasus (CNR) 49 orang,angka keberhasilan terapi 99,27 %.Dari hasil angka konversi, angka kesembuhan, dan persentase angka penemuan penderita baru tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi tuberkulosis di Puskesmas kabupaten Purbalingga dinyatakan belum berhasil karena untuk presentase angka penemuan penderita baru (CDR) masih dibawah standar yang telah ditetapkan DEPKES. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of treatment for tuberculosis seen from the conversion rate, cure rate, and percentage of new case detection rate (CDR). Data retrieved from medical records that all TB patients are diagnosed and completed treatment period from January until December 2009. Data obtained 138 cases and then analyzed by descriptive The results of this study indicate that the conversion rate to 86.96% for category I and category II by 100% (target 80%). Cure rate for category I by 86.96% and for 11 categories by 100% (target 85%). And for the percentage of new case detection rate (CDR) of 60% (target 70%), the rate of crawl of 71 suspects, the proportion of smear positive TB patients were suspected of 21.59%, the proportion of pulmonary TB patients were positive among all pulmonary TB patients were 100%, proportion of children among all TB patients 6% of TB patients, case notification rate (CNR) 49 persons, 99.27% success rate of therapy. From the results of the conversion rate, cure rate, it can be concluded that the therapy of tuberculosis in health centers Purbalingga declared unsuccessful due to a percentage, new case detection rate (CDR) was still below, the standards set DEPKES.
