Evaluasi Respon Pasien Pasca Percutaneous Coronary Intervention dengan Faktor Resiko Dislipidemia di RSUP Dr. Sardjito

Jantung koroner dan kondisi dislipidemia merupakan dua kondisi yang cukup erat pada populasi di Indonesia. Penyakit jantung koroner ini merupakan salah satu penyebab utama dari tingginya angka kematian di dunia. Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) merupakan salah satu tindakan invasif yang direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi kondisi penyumbatan pembuluh darah jantung pada penderita penyakit jantung coroner. Pengawasan pada beberapa hal seperti intervensi pola hidup, pemeriksaan rutin dan pemberian terapi rutin yang sesuai dengan kondisi pasien, perlu dilakukan setelah dilakukannya prosedur PCI untuk mencegah terjadinya penyumbatan ulang pembuluh darah jantung atau sering disebut dengan restenosis dan adverse drug reaction (ADR). Respon negatif pada pasien dengan penyakit jantung koroner terhadap terapi yang diberikan dapat terjadi melalui munculnya ADR dan restenosis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengamati adanya gejala ADR, restenosis dan profil lipid pada pasien dengan PJK selama menjalani terapi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui metode retrospektif pada rekam medis rawat jalan tahun 2016-2017 di RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Berdasarkan teknik total sampling yang dilakukan, diperoleh 44 sampel yang diolah dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 2,27% pasien PJK mengalami respon negative selama terapi paska PCI berupa ADR dan sebanyak 52% pasien PJK yang mengalami gejala restenosis.
