Orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai kinerja perusahaan. Gender memoderasi hubungan kausalitas orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM, serta pengaruh gender dalam memoderasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kinerja UMKM. Orientasi kewirausahaan meliputi pro-activeness, innovativeness, risk-taking, competitive aggressiveness, dan autonomy. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 72 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pro-activeness, autonomy, dan competitive aggresiveness berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM serta gender memoderasi hubungan kausalitas antara competitive aggresiveness. Pengusaha dalam skala UMKM perlu untuk meningkatkan sikap pro-activeness, autonomy, dan competitive aggresiveness yang terbukti secara positif dapat meningkatkan persepsi kinerja UMKM.
