Author Guidelines

A.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
 

1. Authors should submit onlymanuscript that havebeen carefully proofread. The manuscript is a scientific paper from research results or conceptual ideas. Written in Bahasa (Indonesian) or English. It is an original (no plagiarism),and has never been published in other media proven by Originality Statement.

2. Manuscripts should be written in English, not have been published already, nor under consideration elsewhere.

 
B.WRITING RULES
 1.The manuscript is written at least 5000 words using Constantia font size 10 with 1.2 spacing on A4 size. More details see journal template!
 2.Systematics of scriptwriting research results include:
 a.Each manuscript should be accompanied by the following information:
  
  • the title of the manuscript
  • the author’s name, affiliation and institutional address, together with an e-mail address.
 b.Abstract and Keywords
 Abstract should be provided both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English. Abstract from foreign authors will be translated to Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract consist of at least 150 - 200 words. Keywords consist of keywords consist of at least 3 - 5 words in lowercase. Abstractis single-spaced typed in English maximum 150 words. Written with Constantia MS (10 Pt) Italic.
 c.Introduction
 The introduction should be clear and provide the legal issue to be discussed in the manuscript. Before the objective, author should provide an adequate background, and very short literature survey in order to record existing solutions, to show in which is the best of previous researchers, to show what do you hope to achieve (to show the limitation), and to show the scientific merit or novelties of the manuscript.Atthe end, you should explain the urgency and clearly stateaimsof your study.Atthe end, you should explain the urgency and clearly state aims of your study and mentionproblemof the research in this section.
 d.Research Methods
 This method is written in descriptive and should provide a statement regarding the methodology of the research, include the type of research, research approach, a source of data and analysis method. The author should explain the mechanism to analyze the legal issue. This method as much as possible to give an idea to the reader through the method used, this method is optional, only for an original research article.
 e.Discussion
 Results should be clear and concise. Discussionshould explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. More details see journal template!
 f.Conclusion
 The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section. The conclusion section should lead the reader toimportantmatter of the manuscript.
 g.Suggestion
 Authorshould provide suggestion or recommendation related to the object whichis analyzeand to stimulate further research.
 h.References
 References are based on article citations. More details see journal template!
 
C.FOOTNOTE AND REFERENCES
 Each citation must be included references by using footnotes. The footnote does not contain any explanation or description and contains footnote protected by Copyright as stipulated in Law No. 28 The year 2014 concerning Copyright. Syntax references in the footnotes:

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Publication: 250000.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
