This journal Publishes original research in pharmaceutical science such as pharmaceutical technology, pharmacology and toxicology, pharmaceutical chemistry, drug discovery, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical biology, herbal medicines, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical microbiology and biotechnology, community and clinical pharmacy, and pharmaceutical care. It also publishes reviews with the themes that are decided by the editorial team. The journal is continuously published twice a year on June and December. At 2015, pharmacy can be accesed via online. Pharmacy has been currently indexed by both national and international indexer institutions such as: Google Scholar, Science and Technology Index (Sinta), and Crossref.

Starting from 2015, the manuscript submission process and any other management process related to the article or manuscript will be completely administered by online throught the website of pharmacy. In February 2018, pharmacy was listed as a crossref member so that each article has a DOI and is indexed by an international indexing institution. In addition, pharmacy is also commited harshly toward National Accredited as a scientific journal.
