PENGARUH PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN APOTEK DI WILAYAH PURWOKERTO

ABSTRAK Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan bentuk pelayanan dan tanggungjawab langsung profesi apoteker dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien, sehingga pelayanan kefarmasian sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen / pasien di apotek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen di apotek Purwokerto. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui survei yaitu dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden apoteker dan konsumen apotek. Responden apotek yang diambil mengikuti jumlah apotek yang dijadikan untuk penelitian yaitu 4 apotek. Pemilihan apotek berdasarkan teknik area random sampling. Responden konsumen diambil 400 responden berdasarkan teknik accidental sampling. Data di analisis menggunakan program SPSS for Window Ver 16. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai signifikan (p) 0,318 > 0,05 sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara pelayanan kefarmasian dengan tingkat kepuasan konsumen apotek di wilayah Purwokerto, dan menurut konsumen secara keseluruhan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Purwokerto sudah memuaskan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian, kepuasan konsumen apotek. ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical care was care and responsibility dispenser professian in pharmacy job to increase the quality of costumer life. So pharmaceutical care was very influence to costumer’s satisfied in dispensary. The aims of the research were to find out the implementation of pharmaceutical care in dispensary of Purwokerto. The writer used analytic descriptive by using approach method of observation. Data used was primer data which was obtained through survey where by spread out the question to respondent such as apothecary and consumer. The write took 4 dispensaries as place of the research. Dispensary was chosen based on area random sampling. Costumer’s respondents were taken based on accidental sampling technique. The data was analyzed by SPSS program for Window Ver 16. The result of analysis was obtained the signifikan value (p) 0.318 > 0.05. It means that there is no valid relation between phamaceutical service and dispensaries consumer satisfaction rate in Purwokerto, and according to all consumer said that pharmaceutical care in dispensary of Purwokerto have satisfied.
