TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN HIPERTENSI ( LANSIA) TERHADAP PELAYANAN INFORMASI OBAT DI POSYANDU LANSIA DI WILAYAH CILACAP SELATAN

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Hipertensi (Lansia) Terhadap Pelayanan Informasi Obat di Posyandu Lansia di Wilayah Cilacap Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelayanan pengobatan dan informasi obat kepada pasien hipertensi lansia yang berada di Posyandu Wredha Kusuma 1-10 di wilayah Cilacap Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner kepada pasien hipertensi lansia di Posyandu Wredha Kusuma. Data yang diberikan kemudian dianalisis secara statistik untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase kepuasan pasien serta dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui gambaran pelayanan pengobatan dan informasi obat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan asien hipertensi lansia yang mendapatkan pengobatan dan informasi obat senilai 75,96 % yang menunjukan bahwa pasien hipertensi lansia puas dengan pelayanan pengobatan dan informasi obat di Posyandu Wredha Kusuma di wilayah Cilacap Selatan Kata kunci: Hipertensi, lansia, Posyandu, pelayanan informasi obat. ABSTRACT A research on level of satisfaction of hypertension patient (geriatric) towards the service from medicine information in community public health in south Cilacap territory,has been carried out. The aim of this research was to obtaine the image of the medical treatment service and medicine information to the geriatric hypertension patient in “posyandu werdha kusuma 1-10 ” in south Cilacap , this research was by observation and data collection using quisioner to geriatric hypertension patient in “ posyandu wredha kusuma”, the results data afterwards was analyzed in a statistic manner to get the value presentase the patient 's satisfaction and descriptively were analyzed to know the image of the medical treatment service and medicine information.Results of the research is value of level satisfaction geriatric hypertension patient which get medical treatment and medicine information is 75.96 % that produce of geriatric hypertension patient is satisfy enough with the medical treatment service and medicine information in In posyandu Werdha Kusuma – south Cilacap.
