Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure that their manuscripts comply with the following guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision.

 
  1. Originality
    The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal. If the manuscript has been submitted elsewhere, a clear explanation must be provided in the Comments to the Editor section.

  2. File Format
    The manuscript is submitted in one of the following file formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect.

  3. Reference URLs
    Where applicable, URLs for references have been provided to ensure accessibility and verification.

  4. Formatting
    The manuscript is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font, and applies italics instead of underlining (except for URLs). All illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded within the text at appropriate locations rather than placed at the end of the document.

  5. Plagiarism Check
    All manuscripts must be screened for plagiarism prior to submission. Authors are required to upload both the similarity report (e.g., from iThenticate or Turnitin) and the certificate of plagiarism screening as supporting files during the submission process.

  6. Author Guidelines Compliance
    The manuscript follows the stylistic and bibliographic formatting requirements outlined in the journal’s Author Guidelines, available in the About section.

  7. Peer Review Preparation
    If the manuscript is submitted to a peer-reviewed section, the author has ensured that the guidelines for maintaining anonymity in the peer review process, as described in Ensuring a Blind Review, have been followed.
 

Author Guidelines

Before you submit

  1. See Author Guidelines to organize your paper and read carefully for Publication Ethics
  2. For submissions, upload your manuscript by selecting "Article Tex/Manuscript (submission stage)"
  3. If your manuscript passes the review process, you must upload the revised manuscript by selecting "Revised Manuscript (revision stage) and response letter by selecting" Response letter (revision stage)"
  4. The accepted article will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 1,500,000 or USD 100. See the APC of this journal
  
New Authors: Please click the "Register" link from the menu above and enter the requested information.
Note: If you have received an email from us with an assigned user ID and password, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. Just log in to the system as "Author".
Authors: Please refer to the Author Guidelines for details and additional information on how to prepare your manuscript to meet the journal's requirements. Please log in to the system as 'Author'. Then submit your manuscript and track its progress through the system.
Returning Author: Please use the provided username and password and log in as 'Author' to track your manuscript or to submit a NEW manuscript. (Do not register again as you will then be unable to track your manuscript).
Reviewers: Please log in to the system as "Reviewer". You may view and/or download manuscripts assigned to you for review, submit your comments for the editors and the authors, and track the progress of your manuscripts through the system. Note: Please click the "Accept" or "Decline" button as soon as possible after receipt of the email asking you to review a manuscript.
To Change Your Username and Password: To change your password, you must log in to your account and click the "Change My Password" link at the "My Account" block then follow the directions.
