PLAGIARISM POLICY

Papers submitted to AlphaMath Journal will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin plagiarism detection tools. AlphaMath Journal will immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

Plagiarism is exposing another person’s thoughts or words as though they were your own, without permission, credit, or acknowledgement, or because of failing to cite the sources properly. Plagiarism can take diverse forms, from literal copying to paraphrasing the work of another

Note for Authors

AlphaMath Journal will assess each case of plagiarism based on its abilities. Suppose only plagiarism is detected by editors, peer-reviews, or editorial staff at any stage before the manuscript publication – before or after acceptance, during editing or at the proofing stage of the page. In that case, we will notify the author, then ask him/her to rewrite or quote text appropriately and cite the source. If the plagiarism is extensive – that is, if at least 25% of the original submissions are plagiarized – the article may be rejected and the author’s institution/company notified. Therefore we highly recommend the author(s) to thoroughly check the content of the articles before submitting them to our journal for publication. We ask the author(s) to use a “Plagiarism Checker Software” to check for plagiarism before submitting it as the first step, although it is not completely reliable.

Plagiarism Declaration
