ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effective storage temperature in the syntetic seed of plants Andalas. Using the experimental method, 3 treatments were performed and lo repetition. The treatments were performed and 10 repetition. The treatment provided is in the form of storage of synthetic Andalas seeds at 4 ºC, 14 º ºC, and 23 ºC. This research was conducted in December 2011 until February 2012 in the Kultur Network and Plant Physiology Laboratory ,Biology Departement, Sains Faculty Andalas University, Padang. From the research, it was found that the effective storage temperature for the syntetic seed of Andalas is 4 ºC with 70% live percentage.
