FINAL PROOFS

Manuscript Page Proofs Policy

Dinamika Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar (DJIPD)

Prior to publication, the corresponding author will receive the final page proofs of the accepted manuscript for review and approval. This stage provides authors with an opportunity to verify the accuracy of the typeset article before publication. Authors are requested to carefully examine the proofs and ensure that all content, including author information, affiliations, tables, figures, equations, references, and formatting, is accurate and complete.

Author Responsibilities During Proof Review
Authors are expected to:

  • Review the proofs thoroughly and promptly.
  • Restrict corrections to typographical, formatting, or production-related errors.
  • Verify the accuracy of author names, affiliations, funding information, acknowledgments, tables, figures, and references.
  • Ensure that no errors have been introduced during the production process.

Limitations on Revisions
The proof stage is intended solely for final quality control and is not an opportunity for substantial revision. Authors should not:

  • Introduce new data, analyses, results, or references.
  • Modify research findings, interpretations, or conclusions.
  • Rewrite significant portions of the manuscript.
  • Change the authorship, title, or major content without prior approval from the Editorial Office.

Any request for substantial changes after acceptance will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and may require additional editorial review.

Proof Return Deadline
To ensure timely publication, authors are required to return the corrected proofs within three (3) working days of receipt, unless otherwise specified by the Editorial Office. Failure to return the proofs within the specified timeframe may result in publication delays or the manuscript proceeding to publication based on the latest approved version.

Final Approval and Publication Responsibility
By approving the final proofs, the corresponding author confirms that:

  • All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the article.
  • The manuscript is ready for publication.
  • The information presented is accurate and complete.

The accuracy of the published content remains the responsibility of the authors. While the Editorial Team undertakes careful editorial and production checks, authors bear ultimate responsibility for identifying and correcting any remaining errors before publication. DJIPD is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing, accuracy, and research integrity throughout the production and publication process.
