MANUSCRIPT REVISION REQUIREMENTS
Manuscript Revision Guidelines
Dinamika Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar (DJIPD)
Following the completion of the peer-review process, authors whose manuscripts receive a decision of Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Revision Required are expected to revise their manuscripts carefully in accordance with the reviewers’ and editors’ recommendations. Revised manuscripts must be submitted through the DJIPD Online Journal System (OJS) within the timeframe specified by the Editorial Office.
To facilitate an efficient and transparent review process, authors are required to upload the following documents:
1. Revised Manuscript
Authors must submit a revised version of the manuscript that incorporates all requested revisions and editorial recommendations. The revised manuscript should follow the latest DJIPD manuscript template, maintain compliance with formatting/referencing requirements, clearly improve scientific quality, and address all comments provided by reviewers and editors. Authors are encouraged to use track changes or highlight modifications where requested.
2. Response to Reviewers Letter
Authors must submit a detailed response letter explaining how each reviewer comment has been addressed. The response letter should respond systematically to every reviewer and editor comment, indicate the exact location of revisions (page and paragraph numbers), provide a clear justification when authors disagree with a recommendation, and maintain a professional tone.

Revision Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to:
- Address all comments thoroughly and constructively.
- Strengthen theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of the manuscript where appropriate.
- Update references when recommended by reviewers.
- Improve clarity, organization, and academic writing quality.
- Ensure consistency between the revised manuscript and the response letter.
Failure to adequately address reviewer comments may result in additional revision rounds or rejection of the manuscript.
Editorial Assessment of Revisions
Following resubmission, the revised manuscript will undergo editorial evaluation, additional peer review when necessary, or final assessment by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board. The acceptance of a revised manuscript depends on the adequacy of the revisions and the manuscript’s overall scholarly quality.
Author Responsibility
By submitting a revised manuscript, authors confirm that:
- All revisions have been made in good faith.
- Reviewer comments have been carefully considered.
- The revised manuscript represents the final and most accurate version of the research.
- All co-authors have reviewed and approved the revised submission.
DJIPD values constructive scholarly dialogue and considers the revision process an essential component of improving research quality, methodological rigor, and the overall contribution of published work to the field of elementary and primary education.
