Submission Requirements & Checklist
Dinamika Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar (DJIPD)
Before submitting a manuscript to Dinamika Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar (DJIPD), authors must ensure that all required documents have been prepared completely and accurately. Incomplete submissions may be returned to the authors for revision prior to editorial screening.
1. Manuscript
The manuscript must be prepared in accordance with the official DJIPD manuscript template and comply with all formatting, referencing, and structural requirements specified in the Author Guidelines. Authors should ensure that the manuscript is original, falls within the focus and scope, is written in scholarly English, and follows the IEEE referencing style. Manuscripts that do not conform may be returned before peer review.

2. Similarity Report
Authors are required to submit a plagiarism similarity report (Turnitin, iThenticate, or equivalent). The overall similarity index should not exceed 20%. Authors should ensure all cited sources are properly acknowledged. Similarity from references, quotations, and standard methodologies may be evaluated separately by the Editorial Board.
3. Author Contribution Statement
Authors must provide a statement specifying each individual's contribution (e.g., Conceptualization, Methodology, Writing, Supervision). The journal encourages the use of internationally recognized contributor roles.

4. Ethical Approval Document (Where Applicable)
For studies involving human participants (children, teachers, parents, etc.), authors may be required to submit documentation demonstrating ethical approval from an authorized committee, including informed consent and participant protection measures.
5. Funding and Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Authors are required to disclose sources of research funding, grant numbers, and any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or interpretation of findings.
6. Cover Letter (Optional but Recommended)
Authors are encouraged to submit a brief cover letter explaining the originality, significance, and contribution of the study, along with confirmation that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
Final Submission Checklist
Before clicking "Submit," authors should confirm that:
✓ The manuscript follows the official DJIPD template.
✓ The manuscript is written in scholarly English.
✓ The similarity index is within the acceptable threshold (max 20%).
✓ All authors have approved the submitted version.
✓ Author contribution information is complete.
✓ Ethical approval documentation is provided when required.
✓ Funding and conflict of interest statements have been disclosed.
✓ References are formatted according to the IEEE style.
