Peran Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) dalam Dunia Professional Kontemporer : Literatur Tiga Negara Mayoritas Muslim

Pada masyarakat konteporer terjadi krisis adab dalam dunia kerja profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) dalam dunia profesional kontemporer: Literatur tiga Negara mayoritas muslim (Indonesia, Arab dan Pakistan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pencarian data dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus dan Google Scholar, mencakup periode tahun 1992-2024. Analisis data berjumlah 21 artikel bereputasi internasional dengan kategori kuartil Q1, Q2, Q3, dan Q4. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Kualitatif Interaktif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menemukan tujuh peran IWE dalam dunia profesional, diantaranya: i) Keadilan prosedural, ii) Kepuasan kerja, iii) Keadilan interaktif, iv) Organizational Citizenship Behavior, v) Komitmen organisasi, vi) Suara prososial, vii) Motivasi kerja. Peran IWE dalam meningkatkan berbagai aspek penting dalam dunia profesional tidak dapat dipandang sebelah mata. Pendekatan terpadu untuk pengelolaan lingkungan kerja telah membawa dampak yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan, mulai dari kesejahteraan karyawan hingga kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini diyakini dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi untuk mencapai kesuksesan sejati, dengan memadukan nilai-nilai duniawi dan spiritual
