Penguatan Kapasitas SDM melalui Sadar Wisata 5.0 dalam Menciptakan Pengelolaan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan

Abstract


Beberapa POKDARWIS memiliki permasalahan dalam peningkatan kapasitas dan keterampilan SDM. Keadaan tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap pengelolaan dan perkembangan desa atau kampung wisata. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kualitas dan kapasitas SDM melalui program sadar wisata 5.0 yang digaungkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia. Beberapa agenda kegiatan yang dilakukan berfokus pada: 1) pendampingan dan penguatan SDM POKDARWIS, 2) penguatan konten digital marketing, 3) memperkuat pemahaman generasi muda terhadap perkembangan pariwisata dan 4) memperkuat kerjasama dengan lembaga pendukung pariwisata. Kegiatan ini diikuti 30 peserta kegiatan yang berasal dari berbagai elemen masyarakat di kampung wisata Purbayan. Kegiatan ini berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas serta keterampilan SDM sebagai upaya menciptakan pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan, sebanyak 27 peserta (90%) telah memahami pentingnya kerjasama antar SDM serta mampu meningkatan kapasitas dan keterampilan SDM. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu mamberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan kampung wisata Purbayan yang berkelanjutan. Penguatan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, mampu tertuang dalam nota kesepahaman yang menjadi langkah awal kerjasama diperiode berikutnya.
