Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Pegawai Terbaik di Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Purwokerto Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS

Sistem penilaian pegawai terbaik di Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah belum terintregasi dan masih sebatas penilaian biasa dalam menilai pegawai yang mendapatkan gaji tambahan setiap bulan berdasarkan penilaian Direktur, sehingga terkesan kurang akurat dan kurang tepat sasaran terhadap pegawai yang diberi bonus tambahan gaji. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah membangun sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian pegawai terbaik untuk membantu Direktur dalam menentukan pegawai yang layak menjadi pegawai terbaik dan mendapat bonus gaji tambahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Hasil dari peneltian ini berupa sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian pegawai terbaik di Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Purwokerto dengan Metode TOPSIS. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan berupa kedisiplinan, absensi, tanggung jawab, kerjasama, dan kreatifitas.
