Analisis Pemanfaatan Website bagi Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto

Website Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP) yang beralamat di ump.ac.id merupakan sebuah website yang digunakan oleh civitas akademika khususnya mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemanfaatan website di UMP dan faktor–faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan website. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kombinasi (mixed method). Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari 154 mahasiswa, sebanyak 63% mahasiswa berpendapat navigasi menu pada website memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses website, 69,5% mahasiswa jarang mengakses website dan 65,5% mahasiswa jarang menggunakan persuratan online. Alasan utama mahasiswa mengakses website yaitu untuk melihat KHS, entri KRS, mencetak kartu ujian, melihat jadwal kuliah dan registrasi.
