All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher, are expected to adhere to ethical principles aligned with international best practices in scholarly publishing.
1. Ethical Principles

2. Responsibilities of Authors
- Submit only original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere
- Accurately present research findings without fabrication or falsification
- Properly cite and acknowledge sources
- Ensure all listed authors meet authorship criteria
- Disclose conflicts of interest
- Declare funding sources
- Obtain ethical approval for research involving human participants
- Provide data availability statement
- Disclose use of artificial intelligence tools in manuscript preparation
Authorship must be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study.
3. Responsibilities of Reviewers
- Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts
- Provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations
- Identify relevant published work not cited by authors
- Declare conflicts of interest and decline review if necessary
- Not use unpublished materials for personal advantage
4. Responsibilities of Editors
- Make publication decisions based solely on academic merit
- Ensure fair double blind peer review
- Maintain confidentiality of submissions
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Take responsive measures when ethical concerns arise
5. Publication Misconduct
Publication misconduct includes but is not limited to:
- Plagiarism
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Duplicate submission or redundant publication
- Improper authorship attribution
- Undisclosed conflict of interest
If misconduct is suspected, the editorial board will conduct an investigation. Actions may include manuscript rejection, publication correction, retraction, or notification to the author’s institution.
6. Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts are screened using similarity detection software. Manuscripts exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold may be rejected without review.
7. Retraction and Correction Policy
Published articles may be corrected or retracted if significant errors or ethical violations are identified.
- Minor errors will be corrected through erratum or corrigendum
- Major ethical violations may result in retraction
- Retraction statements will be clearly linked to the original article
8. Conflict of Interest
All participants in the publication process must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work.
9. Data Integrity and Reproducibility
- Authors must ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Data should be retained for a reasonable period after publication
- Editors may request raw data for verification
10. Artificial Intelligence Policy
AI tools may be used to assist in manuscript preparation. However:
- AI tools cannot be listed as authors
- Authors remain fully responsible for content accuracy
- AI usage must be transparently disclosed
11. Appeals and Complaints
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a formal written explanation to the editorial office. Appeals will be reviewed independently by the editorial board.
12. Ethical Oversight
The editorial board reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to ethical violations to safeguard the integrity of the scholarly record.
