Jual beli online dengan sistem pre-order merupakan sistem pembelian dengan memesan dan membayar terlebih dahulu di awal, di tengah ataupun diakhir dengan masa tenggang waktu tunggu (estimasi) datang. Dalam praktik jual beli online dengan sistem pre-order yang merupakan sistem transaksi baru dalam muamalah dapat terjadi penipuan di dalamnya, salah satu contoh yaitu di mana produk yang dibeli tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi produk yang diberikan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik jual beli online dengan sistem pre-order dan mengetahui tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap akad jual beli online dengan sistem pre-order pada online shop yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang akan diperoleh dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan praktik jual beli online dengan sistem pre-order di online shop wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas tidak terdapat unsur-unsur yang merugikan dan dilarang oleh agama, secara keseluruhan pada dasarnya telah sesuai berdasarkan ketentuan tentang pembayaran, ketentuan tentang objek dan ketentuan lain pada Fatwa No : 06/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Jual Beli Istishna’.
